This here engineer, who left New Zealand to go to Canada lead an interesting life. When he wasn't working at a papermill, he was off racing a car on
frozen lakes all the way down to the Twin Cities in Minnesota. He found his woman in Winnipeg. They moved to Vancouver where he was captain of a boat. At some stage he spent
time in Indonesia. But he had to come back to New Zealand to fufill his dreams. He found a hill top on the Awhitu Peninsula with views of both coasts. And there he built his future-proof
home complete with a triple garage where he built his very own racecar, the STINGER (Specs 1 - Specs 2), when not building Ford GT40s to sell. He had may a story and he liked to tell them.
He also liked to complain - especially about the cost of electricty.
