PAYMENT CONTRACT
We the party of the first part, (Night Owls), and the party of the second part, (Mr. Wm. Breth), promise to follow the provisions of this contract for the extent of the existence of the club, Night Owls.  Payments of ____ to be paid on the first Saturday of each month to the party of the second part by the party of the first part.  These payments are to be embursements for the use of electrical current, for one radio, one one-hundred watt bulb, and possibly one clock, coming from an outlet in the party of the second part's garage at the address of 6729 13th Avenue South, Minneapolis 23, Minnesota. In case of a discontinuation of service for a temporary extent of time, the party of the second part must inform a party of the first part one day ahead of time, in order that necessary precautions may be taken to avoid embarrassment to either party.  Any provocation on the party of the first part will double the payment due to the party of the second part for the following month.  Any violation by the party of the second part will decrease the payment due to the violator by fifty per cent on the following month.  On months where the party of the first part has three or more sleepouts payment will be increased by twenty-five cents on the following month.
