| Gail and I went to the Gannet Colonies at Black Reef near Hastings (outside of Clifton), New Zealand on 11 Dec 2009. There were 16 others on the trailor as we went along the beach for 9km. Once there we had a climb to the peak where the main colony existed. We hung out with a couple from Netherlands who were spending 3 months touring NZ. Our driver/guide, Rod, had his patter down and two teenage girls laughed it up big time at some of his corny jokes. | ||
