1963	[ed. - at farm]. Bill was up at 2AM looking for his suitcase. Ralph brought a bull over and we helped "ring" it. Newstroms dropped off Angi, stayed for lunch and took us back to the cities stopping in Shakopee. Called Kelley who now has a girlfriend.	see photos
1972	Hargrove gave us a Fijian adze stone. Whites sipping a beer with Eric while Ian dug a garden. Some basketball. Baghat brought a radio to be repaired.
1974	Salvaged a desk for Breeze and pamphlet racks [ed. - still had the odd piece until 2011] for us - from Lark's office fire. Stayed for lunch at Breeze's. Mitchells arrived as we were leaving, so Jim gave us a lift home.
1975	Drove around Dawson with Towns and discovered a brand new hospital. Went to Chippewa City (pioneer village near Montevideo, MN). Picnic at Smith Park. Towns left for Minneapolis around 4PM.	photos
1979	F - Inemoa made supper and it was first time I tasted star aniseed. They have decided to look for work in Whangarei.
1980	Su - After lunch I put more shutters up for Joyce. Chris says that he was rolled last week after work. Chain around his neck - lost lots of money *. Dana brought Sean back and I was able to visit with him for a few minutes. Joyce called to say that David Wandersee is in a coma after an accident in Ames. Leland called.
1985	Sa - Breeze's and got two mice, Weasel and Pepper for David. Sanders came for supper (shish-kebabs) with a Partager Vin Rouge. Tried to play the Time Trivia game with kids but it was terrible.
1995	Staff development until 6:30PM. Des taught us how to use LOGO. Home to find Doug who came with Burger King for us to chow while we payed RnR Scattergories.
1996	Sa - Whites over for supper (with a rough Wohensiedler) and German Grand Prix. Birthday cake for Jackie. She bought 2 ceramics with money we gave her and we gave her a detective computer game. Played Scattergories.
1997	Su - Day 20 of our 3 month journey around the world. See 1997 Trip Photo Journal.
2002	Called Dad and made plans for August. Joyce and I ate a rickety old shack in the boondocks of Prescott - place called Dry Gulch Steak House. Course, neither of us had steak (not at $24). Had my first try of catfish and it reminded me of crappie/sunnies. The atmosphere was very rough and great. News from Gail that Bob Needham had a minor heart attack.
2007	Finally, coffee flavored snack bars [ed. - just a one timer and within a year they were gone]. Emery limped in on crutches (fell today - like son, like mother eh?) for TP with Ian who had a great image gizmo called a Mirascope.
2008	Warriors with me hardies. Almost a repeat of last year's Storm game. Ahead 4 - 0 at half (2 - 0 last year) and won 8 - 6 (4 - 2) thanks to a Lance Hohaia 40m field goal. Team played with a lot of passion and even Russell was hard put to groan about much.
2022	W - email from Steve with photos from Annah's wedding. Watched Rio Lobo. 60 minute walk to Sandhurst. 20 cans and a 20¢ piece ($13.20).
