Fortnight managed to stay awake long enough to read for the opposing side. Iffy 's Tarzan call not quite as good as Carole's. I was mildly amused when Nick asked: "How do you actually win?".

Ian had to be directed via phone like a SCUD and showed up with Nick, who lived in China for a couple years. Waiuku must be a big let down for him.

Happy Birthday Ann Poor John didn't have a chance - he couldn't answer any of the Know It all while the rest were getting every one right. Until it was pointed out that Christopher had put out the children's questions from the Family version. So we swapped to adult ones but by then it was too late and John lost. Poor Ann, so old that she couldn't blow out the 2 candles on the cake.

The 3 teachers just complained about school and were no fun. Miss X was way too happy and was no fun. That only leaves me and....I am positive that the bra was invented by Otto Titslinger but actually that's a line from a Bette Midler song. It was invented by Mary Phelps Jacob.

Miss Short-Hair brought along a guy that kinda looked like da man, but he wasn't da man. M-Squad doesn't stand for "Malley's Squad". Paul's back to work and the mob is back to Phillipines.

Most laid-back session ever, as there was no dice throwing (just move from pie to pie) nor any food passing. Did anyone else catch Dean on TV in support of legalized prostitution? Bikkie-Man is gonna be busy for the next six years making CD labels. Apparently, Miss X sleeps with a cat on her head.

Emery decorated TimTams with red, white blue stars. Mike said that if Ann would let her's down he would take his off. Pollution - 14th Century (Black Plague) and London had smog back in 12th century!!!!

John is positive that Lake Victoria would hold 10,000 whales.

It is amazing that we can get a game finished, what with da man fooling around with Miss X, Emery sleeping, Russell watching the Warriors lose, again, not to mention all the wrong answers.

Paul's knee had him on crutches, Miss X has her purse in someone's clutches (it ain't iambic, but then I'm not Shakespeare). Mike, da man, freezes his h--d off now that he has lost his locks for a mere $12. Irene saw a car accident just a second before she became part of it. Gail didn't turn out the lights and had to wait a couple hours for AA, eh? Ian celebrated his 92Kg by having a bowl of ice cream. Happy Birthday, Mike

While Mike, he of the "dirty mind, clean bum" and wierd socks, can't stand TV newreaders getting away with "Mon-die", "Tues-die"... Ever notice that Barking Deer rhymes with Crocodile tear? ...and Emery slept on and on....

Bev's daughter Jana and her husband, John, joined us and they were celebrating the purchase of their first house with wine from where Jana works - Twilight Vineyards in Clevedon. I have it on good word from Stephanie that the Louve is a museum.

So not surprizing that one team managed to get 5 pies before other team got out of the centre. Hence the two games played though the second was tougher with the police helicopter causing a stir amongst the locals. Answer of the century - Sam Neil starred in "Jurassic Outback", correct answer.
