1972	Now taking filariasis pills.
1981	F - Eliason queried my 10.8 hours on JOBX, as he wants them charged to a user, but it is general cleanup. Carver school carnival with mom (card) who won at the cakewalk after we had all tried three times. Gail was working in the kitchen doing hamburgers. Kids tried the Fishing, Duck Pond, Spin-a-Wheel and Beanbag Toss. Ne got made up like a clown and mom had a touch up. Home for a piece of the cake and then we played cards.
1988	Cyclone Bola hit.
1995	Sizzler. Waiter, Glenn, has a friend in Papakura who spent a year in Minneapolis. Walk around block with Gail.
1999	Sa - Aldies came with a pewter duck and Carole King's Tapestry CD for Gail. I let her have the hope chest and in it she found, 3 magnetic dusters (blue), a spare car key, deck of cards, movie passes from me. Ne gave her a muffin tin and David gave her a CD-radio. After a swim we ate. Aldies left after coffee and cake. We played Monopoly. Inez sent her a keepsake book - video.	ex Aldies ex Inez
2001	Gail skunked. We broke the million point mark after 29 years.
2009	Ann and Russell brought James along. They gave Gail the best card We men got roasts (I wanted to be different so I asked for an egg-bacon burger. No bacon. Okay, give me an egg burger. No eggs! The little Chinese girl asked me to order something simple - so I had the usual pork roast) for supper. Paul and Irene came. Opened a de Bortoli '05 Petit Verdot that was a full bodied complex red for Paul. Played a chocolate version of TP and at the end we ate the cards.	James
2012	T - Ian and I kayaked from Mount's western beach (Pilot Bay) to Matakana Island. I was swept off course when we hit open water and the current (routes). So it took twice as long as it should have. Short rest on the island and we headed back. Another hour of paddling through the current and then against the wind. Played Alhambra and Seven Wonders until after midnight with an excellent bottle of 900 Grapes 2011 Pinot Gris.
2013	W - Newsy called and we chatted for an hour. Got a photo of neighbor Les harvesting his beans.
