1969	North Star Lake: Steve and I went fishing at 10AM and didn't have any luck. We decided to leave the shed and rented a cabin at Sunset Resort. Went fishing after supper and scored big time with tons of sunfish. Played cards.
1973	Registered as New Zealand aliens.
1978	T - Staff played 7th Form (most of them in skirts) in basketball at lunch (Hawkins' blurb in bulletin). Perry and I played the whole game and got most of our points (I made a fade-away jump in right corner that banked in). It ended up a 22 - 22 tie.
1980	F - Interview at Prudential for underwriter position and it went well. Interview with, headhunter, Sandie Marsyla who told me I should be in computers and that I need to have education. So she gave me some people to call and find out what sort of courses I need to do. She said she would do the placement for free.
1981	Sa - Josephson's over with an excellent '77 Weber Zeller Schwarze Katz to go with our barbeque. David and Patrick played with train, trucks and frisbee. Hotdogs for kids and sent them to the park while we had the steaks.
1985	Th - Doug brought me to Rosehill keep-fit run by John Furminger. Ran into Ku Tiritakatni prior. Henry Stern came by to collect fees and he looked in great shape. I took it easy and got through the exercises, badminton and basketball. I made one from 30 feet out and impressed some people. Gail got a part-time job at Central School.	Henry
1986	F - Barry Small gave me a copy of MS-Windows [ed. - first look at this new fangled non-DOS way of doing things]. Graeme out with HP prices and he put a hard drive into Bill Dazeill's computer [ed. - 10Mb!].
1997	F - Ve had a "non-party" while we were at TP at Bert's. Once back home we met Tais and Rachel (both from Brasil - stayed overnight). Yukiko, Chihiro, Gustavo, Gene and Lianne Gordon also over. I showed them the slides of our surfing trip (video). Carol G picked up Fab. Gave my "girls" a ride home.
2002	After Arby's roast beef sandwich I went to Shranko's to catch 2nd half of game. Twins down 5 zip, fight back to tie and then win in the 10th over Angels. Saw for the first time a 5 man infield when they brought the center fielder in.
2003	Gail and I brought Steph to airport - off to France for three months. Paul and Irene's new place on the water in Manurewa. Met Chris' family, Mina his wife, AJ, MJ and BR. We got in a couple games of TP and had a dessert made by Mina.	AJ
2022	M - Drove through heavy rain to give Tim Craig's 1978 photos and have an exam with X-Ray ($360). Listened to the Twins beat Royals who had a 6 - 0 lead into the 8th. Colored a Goofy page (see it).
2023	T - Countdown and now there is a salt shortage. Listened to the Twins 7 - Astros 5. Royce Lewis first game in a year had a 3 run homer and then tied game in the 9th with another RBI. AFL: Swans beat Roos on a last second techincal (went over bench exchange limit) that gave them a 93 - 90 win.
