Each Wednesday afternoon most of the boys would assemble on the rara to be drilled. Eric Sigston was in charge. I guess it was a holdover from British schools. This wasn't Boy Scouts, it was preparation for some of the boys to actually enter the real army. The photos are the parade in full uniform and with real rifles for Brigadier-Colonel Aitken on 22 October 1971.
