QVS Plays
In 1958 the first school play, Macbeth, was produced, and since then the school has produced a play every year. The first plays were Shakesperian - because of their universal appeal and the tradition of boys playing Shakesperian female roles - but since 1965 the scope of productions has widened. This year (1972) the school presents its first original play, written by one of its teachers.
1970 The Inspector General

1970 Holy Hell

1971 The Happiest Days of Your Life
