I would like everyone to go to the lentil link a where you will see that it is indeed a chickpea and Indian dal is made with them or peas or garbonzo beans and I mentioned each one of those only to be told that I was wrong!!!!!!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We meet again on 7th at Paul and Irene's.	Why was Ian exposing himself?

I promised not to say anything but look at the photo and make up your own caption. Wonder if Ann and Christopher will stop in Philadelphia? John, in an effort to counterbalance the sedentary junk food gathering, tried to get people to give the answer with a little verve. Why is Miss X hiding?

Wow talk about a full house - might be a record gathering. Extra brain power didn't help as we still ran into cheat time, but maybe the wine had something to do with the inability to answer most of the questions, eh? New comers Sandy and Mike jumped right in and got fully involved. Happy Birthday John.

I'm certain that I haven't been to the "only" natural lake in AZ. Ian badgered us with his Clan Campbell thingies. That is when he wasn't busy skipping the easy questions in search of a tough one.

Hasty call and Ian appeared for a makeshift game. Speaking of jobs, Colleen has one and we are making taking bets on how long she will last. Ian doesn't want to misled anyone, but he has never seen a Blue Hen.

And Colleen returning from the frozen plains and people of CHCH. The two ladies back from their cruise on the old Fair Sky, now Pacific Sky. Colleen had a good "trip" with the food covering everyone in slow motion. It was a battle of the sexes and lucky was a draw, eh? Course John had to help the women with "Cairo"...

17 Sep	PBIF	PF IB MH AE RH		Bon Voyage Gail and Irene. We played we cheated it was a draw! IB & MH hid the lollies from PF said he wasn't allowed. Then THEY ate them in front of Paul. Meanies! Russell floated saved him giving away the answers. P & A stayed awake JUST. Q's from UK nothing about Wales this time! Lots of Q's about very minor soccer grounds that no one had heard of.

William Safire Oil Can Boyd	Ian, who sneezes in sunlight (sounds like an Indian name: "Sneezes in Sunlight") managed to get his car going (keys locked in with motor running). Russell thought he was an octopus and we thought we'd to do an exorcism as they did on Mother Theresa. Jackie back from N'orlins territory where she ate al'g'tor tail (altogether now: "tastes like chicken"). We were joined by Audrey for the first time and she actually knows Björk. 27 Aug	AE Know It All	AE JNM IB	Salad Days, anyone? Real McCoys Islet Cells 1,000,000 men march	TP is back home where he belongs. Kind of difficult to report when only 3 show up. Still Sarah is a glow and not because she and Mark have bought a house. Speaking of Love American Style, Chris and Mina marrying at Footbridge in Jan. I wonder if there will be any French Kisses, or Russian or English? It was women against Malley and being the gentleman he did not complain when they beat him fair and square.
20 Aug	MHAH NZ Genus IV	MA AH JNM GM AE RH	ITA, anyone?	Rather pleasant night with little or no stress (once Mike got the cat out the door). But then it could have been the red (lemon flavor) Anti-Stress pills that Emery brought along. Mind you I am not getting much sleep worrying about TP being held (for ransom by Filipino miltants?). And Russell was still unnerved by his first time in to a men's clothing store.

Newcomers Alastair and Maureen were sadly disappointed that Slim Dusty wasn't an answer all night. Mike has a license to drive forklifts but he can't find his way to Malley Manor without his trusty Ann; so he and Irene (sans TP!!), once they found a road to Waiuku, drove past first try. Ann and Russell did not have a good meal at RoadHouse before they came. John ecstatic because he now knows that it was Judy Stone who sang "4,003,221 teardrops. Mike laid claim to the game ending "read from the top" rule. There was a cake, not much of a candle....	Click to enlarge, eh?

Meanwhile Miss X is not enjoying the clientle in Manukau. New cat in house has better accomodation than most 3rd world people. In fact, its so nice there that TP decided to stay behind.

We are pretty sure it is near the longest street (32 Km) in NYC. Tart-An looked tired, wonder if she has hepatitis c. Mike had a plan (not Plan 9 from Outer Space but kept getting diverted by the women on his team. Russell took the direct approach on the other team and told Gail to "Shut Up".

Ian played electronic TP on the flight to Scotland against other passengers. Rin Tin Tin and Jean Harlow were never in a movie together. We broke early as Paul actually has to go to work!!!!
7 May	AHMH NZ Genus IV	AH MH AE JNM GM RH ICW		TPer's hit the air: Brundell is airing his way to Japan and China, Debbie flew off to Austria via the Gold Coast, Ian is on his way to Scotland to attend his mother's funeral, Emery is flying down to Dunedin for a short SPELD and Russell, as usual, is flying off the handle.

Russell birdied his first hole and Mike was so relieved when he found out it was golf. "Granny" Emery wasn't too thrilled with the incorrect assessment made twice whilst getting Christopher care for his au courant crenelated appendage. Whoops, Mike hates BIG words: "latest broken leg", eh?
2 Apr	AE	AE IB MH ICW	Have a Happy and Holy Easter	The LazyBoy team of AE and IW even appointed MH to roll their dice, which he did better for them than for his own team. IB and MH wanted to take the slow train to Paris. IB told all about the embarrassing effects of asparagus. Also, that the teachers in the TV programme TEACHERS don't actually teach, and the students misbehave a lot.

John upset because he wanted squid and ginger noodles. Gail has a wierd way of signaling "no". Ian wants me to look up Barenaked Ladies. we struggled with the modern day questions and had to get Ne to play and float to get anywhere. De V's couldn't make as Roché was sleeping in the house he built for the boys.

Paul and Irene surprized to see us arrive. AE too busy emailing porno to let me know where we were this week until a few hours beforehand. Paul really likes his Belgium beer.

We got so far ahead that Russell kept landing on History to give them a chance to get the required "tie". Turns out that the German board has fewer areas to land upon and it requires the rollers to think more.
6 Feb	BN NZ Genus	BN JNM GM ICW MH AH IB PF AE RH	hyoid, anyone? Pope Fabian didn't have a sequel	Happy Birthday Bert. Big turn out for what was the night of sequels or seconds. Mike and Ann were first and now its Paul and Irene's turn in "SHEDS II". Ian managed to lose the die on 3 tosses in "DIE HARD II". NZ's geothermal station was the 2nd in the world. Sydney was shelled in the remake of WORLD WAR I. Paul assures us that there are TWO statues of Capt Cook in NZ, neither of which are Capt Cook.

Well, after the weird skunk die once found then the game began. Just for the record, the display was "American Gothic" theme. Ian wandered in just in time to float after complain about the Auckland transit system. Apparently Miss X has had a ring on her toe for a year. She has certainly had da Man wrapped around her little finger for at least that length of time, if not more. These TP sessions sure are a good way to find out where Gail has been.

And Mike may not being getting chocolate mud cake at his wedding.
