1958	Easter card from Dad.
1974	Helped Breezes move into Eastburn house on "the other side of the track" with their pedigree shelty, Kelty. Fran kept giving us small items instead of putting them into boxes or bags.
1976	Raymond Baldwin and Russell Henderson were caught burglaring a home last night and Nadine Langley's father was shot during the chase.
1980	Easter - Brought Chris to Jim & Pat's. Looked around yard and adjoining park with lake. Gloria and Jesse gave kids baskets. Marshall, Sandy and kids also there. After a meal we went to Dale & Sheryl's where we met Dick & Phyllis and daughters, Anne and Karen. Don and Dolly there. Met Kamari from India.
2007	Made up a PPT show of our OZ trip (see it) and bored Ann and Russell after we wined and dined them.
2008	Discovered carpet beetle destruction in livingroom. Jr Warriors won 30 - 18 then the big boys did the same over the Knights, 26 - 20. Read match report at Worriers.
2009	Dove into the pool - swam to the other side and got out (cold!!!).
2010	T - Skyped for the first time.
2012	F - Ne, Gail and I did another section of the Waikareao track. This one was mostly a boardwalk through the estuary plants. Just about beat the rain (rainbow) back to the car.
2014	Su - Played Smallworld with Bev while Dave and Colleen visited a friend in Papamoa. When Gail came home from hospice we played Pillars with Bev. The women played Plethora while I had a good chat with Dave. After supper with an excellent Church Road 2013 Rosé I non-gamer Dave to play Survive. Played it a second time with Gail. I played Carcassonne with the Easties.
2018	F - Movers arrived early at 8AM and were ready at 9:30AM. We sat around until 3:15PM until money cleared. Met neighbor Monique. Helped the two guys unload the truck. 3 hours of work altogether but paid for 8 hours (5 hrs doing nothing) = $1200!!!! When they left the others came and we began unpacking. Break for KFC with an okay Oyster Bluff 2017 Rosé that Ann Marie gave us, in a welcome hamper of goodies.
2021	T - Brought Gail to doctor who ordered ultra sound and x-rays of shoulder to be done. Bought a $53 wine (Pinot Noir) for $33.25. Lost my notebook. An elderly lady fell and cut her head. AFL: Bulldogs 167 - Kangaroos 39. Josh Bruce had 10 goals (missed an easy one).
2023	Th - Over to 34OC at 2PM which was good as the fibre guys arrived 75 minutes early. Some difficulties getting Eero going but Riley and Rajat with Renee from Trustpower managed to get it going in about an hour. AFL: Dogs beat the Lions in a low scoring match 67 - 53.
2024	Sa - Biked to 34OC to put second coat of poly onto front door, do stones and prune. 50 minute walk. Listened to the Twins lose home opener to Indians 3 - 1. Gym and pool (12). Watched Warriors beat Rabbitohs (highlights).
