24th	25th	26th
1970	Had a jam at Dave's (rhythm) with Jo R (lead). I was on drums and we played until 11PM. The drums were from the cadet band. David built a foot pedal, I bought a snare to put on one of the smaller drums, carved bamboo sticks (later bought proper drum sticks), a enamel cup, cymbols made from biscuit tins and we used physics stands to hold it all together.
1981	F - Roy Menne took me to the one of last Twins game at the Met. Had great seats right on top of third base dugout. Fan appreciation night so we got free yearbooks. I also bought "20 Years at the Met". About ten guys behind us were loaded and and funny with their yelling and screaming. Fellow next to me caught a ball an on errant throw by first baseman that bounced over the dugout.
1991	Walked to the water tank with binoculars. There were four hawks circling right over my head. Found Heritage Park - softball fields and picnic spots.	Granite Mt
1992	Gail picked up the replacement Philips dehumidifier [ed. Ne using it in 2022].
1993	Kathy over to work on resumé for Rosehill library job application. Ian and Susi dropped in - shopping for clothes to wear to Valentines. Called later from the limo (Doug's 21st).
1997	Th - Day 80 of our 3 month journey around the world. See 1997 Trip Photo Journal.
2000	M - Gail and I brought Needham's computer back and then visited for a couple hours and took a photo of the Stinger.
2005	Gail and I went for a walk with Trish around the Auckland Botanical Gardens see spear lily - just out her door. Met her neighbors Dave and Lyle. After a Red Bull tea and Gail's chocolate cupcakes we went home.	Daffys
2010	Sa - Listened to the Twins 6 - Indians 4 to win the Division championship.
2017	M - Clayton came at 2PM and spent an hour or so rehashing his year in England. Gail joined us for a couple games of Istanbul (coffee) then Catan.
2021	Sa - Day 39 of Delta lockdown (228 cases). Biked to 34OC to mow some more and do yard work for a couple hours. Found a 10¢ coin ($10.20) on ride home. AFL Grand Final. Bulldogs had a 19 lead at start of second half only to have Demons run wild and win by a score of 140 - 66. First win in 57 years. Fritsch had 6 goals and Petracca was MVP.
2024	W - We played the Burgundy deluxe for the first time - 3D castles, wooden cargo pieces and metallic silver pieces. Compiled McCartney Top 25.
