| 1968 | Steve and I put new shocks onto my car then we went to Daniels for Kincy's (broken jaw) birthday party with his relatives. He got a couple cans of beer and a jaw breaker. | |
| 1971 | Phil came with Seni Dobui (track star). Whites for bridge. Woodie joined us. At 8:30PM we went to McDougall's for the going away party for the Woodwards. Roqica and Jo N played and sang. Netani got bombed and made a speech in his stupor. Then he and Jemesa sang "Isa Lei" though they could hardly stand - I cried. |  |
| 1972 | Bob Hayson got us a watermelon from Deve's. Cold shower almost bearable since winter began. | |
| 1974 | I put up all of the geometric shapes that I had cut out of construction paper. Used a science department time clock and had 4th formers race it while doing logs and they loved it. We had a practice session for the Open Evening group. 3S away on a trip so I had the 3E'ers do calculations with Paul Margettes using a calculator as a check. | |
| 1975 | Tennis in the afternoon. Picked up paint from Don and he gave me a quarter of a most delicious watermelon. Softball - played 2nd whole game and went 0 for 2 with a walk and scored. Lost 14 - 10. | |
| 1980 | Th - Bought a kitchen table with 6 chairs at a garage sale ($40). Met Dad at Empress, where Joyce was our waitress. Kids went home with Joyce. Dad told us about his hearing aid salesman day. |  |
| 1982 | Sa - Barbecue at Washington County Park with Tom and Kathy. Played hitball while waiting for coals to heat up. Walked around (and through) the pond. Saw a dead deer, marijuana and poison ivy. Tom and I took shots. | |
| 1983 | Su - Lake Carlos State Park. Rented a canoe and went up Long Prarie River as far as a waterfall and had lunch there. Saw many turtles. Caught a fish in Lake Carlos and even have a swim in it. Bought firewood ($1.35) and cooked supper. Did the Maple-Basswood Trail. Self-guiding and 1.3 miles. Would have been nice but the mosquitos were unbelieveable. Saw two ducks that looked as if they were stuck in a slime covered pond. |

| 1984 | T - Couple wanted another look at house, so we biked over to So Washington Park and walked a trail. Turned in aluminium cans and we got $7.29. Went to McDonald's and CUB - Renee always checks the vending machines and usually finds coins - this time she got 20¢. |  |
| 1988 | Lamorna stopped in with Thomas and puppy, Della. Whites came. Bridge - I had nothing whole time aside from final hand when I had a lay down 4 Spades. We looked at first OZ trip video. | |
| 1990 | Greens Travel to finalize reservations. Final pack of suitcases and carry-ons. Dogs to kennel and guinea pig to Malloy's. | |

| 1999 | Sa - Audrey's for three hours trying to get Windows going. She gave me a "bill burge" cutting for Gail, who was off with Joan to a quilt show in Hamilton. | |
| 2002 | Joined Lavonne for a long walk along the creek and through the woods. Repaired banister on front steps and filled cracks. Went with Valls to a pizza place where I had a salad and a much needed merlot. Over to their place to look at Harlan's computer problems for a couple hours.. |  mole city |
| 2004 | Whites and Liti along (strange time of year to leave Fiji) over for a meal and then looked (datashow) at Ian's photos of Scotland and Dubbai, then his and ours of the "up north" trip and I did my Whites' photos. Then it was ice cream and cake and gifts for Christian who turned 7. |  |

| 2019 | W - We picked up Houghton (on crutches) and drove to Russell's via the gorge. We saw 2 wild piglets on side of the road. His raised veggie garden is doing great. Seven TPers came to visit Colleen and talk about Bev (e.g. Bev's husband injured and in hospital for 9 months, so they were poorly off from the start and never recovered fully from that setback) and everything else for 5 hours without a break for meal!!!! A lot of talk about scam phone calls and apparently Bev had been hypnotized over the phone. And we didn't play TP nor Reminiscing that Ian had brought along. Took the Matamata drive back - 1st time in the Kaimais for Ann. | |

| 2023 | M - My new helmet arrived but it is too small. 17°C so I went for a 50 minute walk - found 10¢ ($14.30). Pruned and weeded. AFL: 12th place Crows blew 2nd place Port apart 112 - 65. Tex had 7 goals and had a poster. | |
