Got to Customs at 4:25PM. The clerk wasn't too happy, but helped me anyway. At 4:50PM I went into the first freightors I found, International Forwarders, and had everything arranged by 5PM. Out the door, down the alley and walked straight onto the motorway bus, just at it left.
1977 | Te was washing himself in the bathroom sink. He had the plug in, had hot water running and when it started to overflow he couldn't turn the water off. I was in the bedroom and he came in and told me: 'Daddy, hot water'. So off I go to see what's up and there is water running out of the bathroom into the back hall. Gail had been using the sponge mop to apply stripper to the walls, so when I began to mop up I created the biggest amount of foam you have ever seen. David thought it was great fun. He had a great time putting away groceries. Taking the newspaper off packages is just like Christmas to him. He unwraps each one and puts it away or if he can't reach he tells me where it goes and I do it. Cheese gets a big 'Hurrah'.
1978 | Couple games of snooker, then Ken took us for a tour of the beaches and town. After lunch we headed home, driving mom through Kauaeranga Valley to see where we camp, and getting back at 5PM. Played dominoes in garage with Granny, Pele and Faruk. Navind, Shanta and Crisneel came.

2002 | Russell (who had 3 pars and almost a birdie today) bought Chris a fishing rod and he managed to unspool the whole line in attempting to set it up, so half an hour unravelling most of it. We brought him back with us and while Gail and I had a cribbage game he tried setting up his kite.
2003 | Mangakino - Monopoly® which I ended up winning the game thanks to hotels on two cheapest properties. Bill stopped by and gave Christopher a fishing license, so we had to get down to the lake for more fishing after supper. Not much luck. |
