1982	Su - 8:30AM Mass. Finished typing up our trip story.
1987	Ne and I went to airport. Whites arrived at 1:15PM. Waited for Gail to arrive with Clark's new station wagon. Many trips to snack bar for drinks, kids all over, especially Jackie. Susi began emptying the mandarin tree - non-stop eating. Everyone crashed by 9PM.
1997	F - Day 88 of our 3 month journey around the world. See 1997 Trip Photo Journal.
1998	Sa - Aldies and waited until Doug found the tickets. Clark's for a glass of Morton Estate '96 Sav Blanc until Howard and Cathy came. Drury school for a Rotary TP contest. Got there at 7PM and it didn't start until 8:20PM and then the MC (Rob Mullins) dinged around so much that it was cut from 12 rounds to 8. Dougalls, Sue Baker and Dave Ormandy as a team. Anna Taga was helping out with food and drinks (an excellent '96 Saltram Shiraz). We won.
2002	Lambrecht's where we found gifts (loon for Elaine and a bird for Gail - they tweet). Sleepy Eye - Eloy not home so we checked out a shop and Ne got pillowcases. Leisurely drive to and around Morgan and Redwood Falls, including the park. Trees turning so we got a few photos. Past the famous Gibbon Ballroom Stopped in Gaylord at Prairie House Restaurant for sandwhich. Poor service from a friendly waitress - so she didn't charge for Ne's root beer. Took 22 through New Auburn and saw pelicans on Titloe Lake. We got to dad's at 8:30PM.
2007	Ian and Susi who came over to celebrate their arrival in New Zealand 20 years ago today. Gail made a curry meal and we had an Italian '03 Fiorile from Sicily. Three rubbers of bridge while quaffing a Mud House '06 Pinot Noir.
2012	W - Called dad and I heard about the time he blacked out while driving on Highway 10. Into ditch, Lavonne's screaming brought him to and he immediately pulled out and into ditch on other side and back onto road heading the right direction. Lucky no traffic even though it was 5PM rush hour.
2014	F - Went to see Willy and Sue's new house and it is like new and impressive. Had an excellent Lochar Estate '10 Pinot Noir.
2017	T - My weight at 73.4Kg is lowest it has been for 30 years.
2018	W - One year later my weight is over 76Kg.
2021	Su - Day 47 of Delta lockdown (226 cases). Weight now at 80Kg.
2022	W - Weight is at all time high 82Kg (big belly).
2023	T - Finished reading Why Me?. 90 minute walk to Concord. Ne bought a couple games and we played Akropolis.
